JRF POSITION
Applications are invited for ONE post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India sponsored research project entitled, ‘Functional Characterization of Novel Plasmodium falciparum Blood-Stage Genes by Genome Editing Technologies for the Identification of New Drug/Vaccine Interventions for Malaria.”
Required Qualifications: A Master’s degree or equivalent in Biotechnology/Life sciences/Biochemistry or any other related area. Refer to DBT guidelines for complete qualifications.
Highly motivated, research-oriented candidates with 1-2 years of research experience in cell & molecular biology and tissue culture will be preferred.
Nature and tenure of the position: The position is purely temporary in nature and will terminate with project completion. Validity of the project is till early 2024.
Salary: Salary as per DBT rules.
