Educational Qualifications:
Senior Research Fellow (Project): M.Sc or M. Tech. in any branch of Biology/Life Science
with minimum of two years of research experience. The candidate should have qualified any
‘National Level Examination’ as per DST OM dated 21.10.2014.
Job description:
Post-1- Formulation development; Protein Expression and purification, generating nano and
microparticles of antigens along with adjuvants. Characterization of nano/ micro particles.
Mouse immunizations, testing the quality/type of immune response generated. Sporozoite
neutralization assays, Sporozoite intravenous challenge and qPCR analysis of parasite load.
Post-2- Immune response analysis; Characterization of immune response generated,
ELISA, FACS analyses, T cell purification, stimulation and cytokine analysis, ELISPOT,
Antibody purification, Sporozoite intravenous challenge and qPCR analysis of parasite load.
Emoluments: The selected candidates will draw consolidated emoluments of Rs. 35,000/- per
month plus 24% HRA (As sanctioned by the funding agency).
