Name of the Project : “Enhancing climate resilience and ensuring food security with genome editing tools”

Name of the Position : Senior Research Fellow (SRF)

Number of Position : Two (02)

Rate of remuneration : Rs.  37,000/- p.m. + HRA as per rule for 1st & 2nd year and Rs. 42,000/- p.m. + HRA as per rule for 3rd year.  

Essential Qualification : M.Sc. in Biotechnology/Botany/Life Science/ Agricultural Science with 4 years/5 years of Bachelor’s degree. OR

M.Sc. (Biotechnology or Botany or Life Science) with 3 years Bachelor’s degree. NET qualified and 2 years of research experience. 

Age as on date of interview : Maximum 35 years for men and 40 years for women

Job Description : Genome editing and development of genome edited lines.

Duration of the project : 31.03.2026 or till completion of the project. (Whichever is earlier)

Date of Interview : 12.06.2025 (11:00 a.m.)
