Government of India. BRIC-inStem’s mandate is to establish collaborative research programs in the field
of stem cell biology, regeneration, and repair in development and disease, with an emphasis on translation.
To develop strengths in focused areas, research at BRIC-inStem is driven through collaborative

• Responsible for carrying out
recombinant Protein production and
purification using E.coli, insect and
mammalian cell cultures, protein
crystallization, X-ray
crystallography, ITC, SPR etc.;
fragment screening using NMR
techniques.
• Communicating effectively with
medicinal and synthetic chemists.
• Excellent team player to work in a
fast-paced, multi-disciplinary
environment
Tenure: Contractual appointment for 11 Eleven months, renewable based on requirement and review
of progress and requirement of the Grant.

• Responsible for carrying out as well as
supervising laboratory work such as
fragments/hits co-crystallization and Xray structure determination; Hit
validation using various assays like ITC,
thermal shift, dynamic light scattering
and circular dichroism etc.,; Cloning,
recombinant protein expression and
purification
• Communicating effectively with
medicinal and computational chemists
• Design, validate, document and
troubleshoot laboratory experiments
• Must be detail-oriented, well organized
with the ability to analyse and
