Age Limit - 40 years 

Essential Qualification Doctoral Degree in Science or Master’s Degree in Science or Technology with over 8 years of relevant experience in research and development activities in industrial and academic institutions. 

• Responsible for carrying out recombinant Protein production and purification using E.coli, insect and mammalian cell cultures, protein crystallization, X-ray crystallography, ITC, SPR etc.; fragment screening using NMR techniques. 
• Communicating effectively with medicinal and synthetic chemists. 
• Excellent team player to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment 

Tenure: Contractual appointment for 11 Eleven months, renewable based on requirement and review of progress and requirement of the Grant.

• Experience in Assay development and HTS screening

• Perform Cloning, protein expression, and purification studies; Support and enable largescale protein production in quality and quantity suitable for X-ray crystallography and HTS screening; 
• Design and execute robust, high-throughput assays for screening compound libraries.

Project Scientist - I 

Doctoral Degree in Science with 3 years of experience in research and development 

• Responsible for carrying out as well as supervising laboratory work such as fragments/hits co-crystallization and Xray structure determination; Hit validation using various assays like ITC, thermal shift, dynamic light scattering and circular dichroism etc.,; Cloning, recombinant protein expression and purification 
• Communicating effectively with medicinal and computational chemists 
• Design, validate, document and troubleshoot laboratory experiments 
• Must be detail-oriented, well organized with the ability to analyse and communicate data effectively 
• Maintaining strict adherence to timeliness/punctuality scheduled in advance. Expedite completion of projects and ensure that appropriate turnaround goals are met. 
• Prepare professional reports, presentations and lab records. 
• Regular data analysis, project updates, literature surveys and presentation on the molecular targets 
• Excellent team player to work in a fastpaced, multi-disciplinary environment
