Applicants are invited for the post of SRF/YP-II and YP-I purely on a contractual basis in ICARIndian Institute Millets Research, Hyderabad-500030, through a walk-in interview on 30/06/2026
at 10:30 AM.
The eligible candidates are requested to attend Walk-in Interview with their duly-filled biodata in
the enclosed application format ‘Annexure – I’ and ‘Annexure – II’, along with self-attested
scanned copies (PDF/JPEG) of the relevant documents.

Essential Academic Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Biochemistry/Analytical
Chemistry/Food Technology/Food Science
and Nutrition.
a. Candidates with a postgraduate degree in
the academic subjects mentioned above,
along with a 4-year Bachelor's degree and a
2-year Master's degree, will be considered for
SRF.
b. Candidates with a postgraduate degree in
the above-mentioned academic subjects with
a 3-year Bachelor's degree and a 2-year
Master's degree with NET qualification or
Ph.D. will be considered for SRF.
c. Candidates with a postgraduate degree in
the above-mentioned academic subjects with
a 3-year Bachelor's degree and a 2-year
Master's degree without NET qualification
will be considered for YP II.
Desirable Qualifications:
Experience in food analysis/food product
development and handling of analytical
equipments, data handling and analysis
A fixed salary
of Rs.
37,000/- +
HRA for 1st
and 2nd Year
and Rs.
42,000/- +
HRA from 3rd
year for SRF
per month.
A fixed salary
of Rs.42,000/-
for YP-II per
month.
Till 30th Sep
2026 and
further
extended
based on the
requirement
and funding
of the
project.
