Desired Candidate Profile
Strong academic and research track record; Sound understanding of research methodology and design; practical experience working with data sets from randomized controlled trials, developing new methods, and producing high-quality published work. Experience in working with the 'R' Statistical package is preferred.
Job Description
We are global thought leaders in community-based research on neonatal health, with publications in top scientific and medical journals, including The Lancet, Journal of Perinatology, etc. We conduct large-scale complex studies, including cluster randomized controlled trials.
You will work on advanced analytical methods. You will be involved in designing analysis plans, trial protocols, development of questionnaires, core analysis, statistical modeling, manuscript writing, etc.

We have a non-hierarchical working environment where people enjoy good research with shared team learning. We work on challenging projects and tight deadlines but have fun at the same time. You will work with an interdisciplinary team consisting of senior scientists, technologists, social scientists, basic scientists, physician researchers, etc.

Community Empowerment Lab is being set up as a Section 25 Non-Profit Company. It is an innovation hub for co-developing solutions "with" communities, rather than "for" them. Ours is an interdisciplinary team consisting of scientists, social scientists, technologists, social workers, and the like.
