Vacancy for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) positions (Upto 2) in Wellcome-DBT India
Alliance project
Title of Project: “Post-transcriptional regulators of aging and dietary/calorie restriction.”
Principal investigator: Dr. Geetanjali Chawla, Wellcome-DBT Intermediate Fellow, RCB
Duration: Initially for 1 year, may be extended on annual evaluation till the duration of the
project.
Essential Qualifications: Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science with NET qualification or
Graduate Degree in Professional Course with NET qualification or Post Graduate Degree in
Professional Course.
Desirable Qualification: Candidates with hands-on experience in advanced RNA biology
techniques and/or Drosophila genetics will be given preference.
Fellowship: Rs. 25,000 plus HRA @ 30 %
Note: Eligible candidates are requested to appear for Walk-in-interview with all their certificates
at the following address at 2:30 PM on 23rd August, 2018 along with filled application forms
