Online application isinvited for appointment of one Project Assistant under the following project
“Study of the role of Klotho protein in aging and chronic kidney disease: Its synergistic modulation
and targeted delivery using endocrine and natural components” sanctioned to Prof. Kitlangki
Suchiang, Department of Biochemistry, NEHU, Shillong.
The appointment will be purely on a
temporary basis as per the regulation of DST-SERB, Govt. of India, and North Eastern Hill
University, Shillong.
Essential qualifications: M.Sc. (Biochemistry/Microbiology/Biotechnology/other Life sciences)
with a minimum of 55% marks.
Desirable qualifications: Candidate with research experience. Experience in handling animals
and Molecular biology techniques
Nature & Period of Post: Appointment as Project Assistant is initially for one year with a
possibility of subsequent extensions.
Fellowship: As per DST.
